The Shopify POS terminal is a standalone device that was developed specifically for the payment process. It shows customers the individual items in the shopping cart, enables card payments and offers the choice between printed and digital receipts. The terminal complements the tablet or smartphone by interacting with the customer.
As soon as the terminal is connected to the POS app, it automatically transmits all relevant information. Products, amounts, and document options appear without additional input.
